Ms Annie Filmer was the successful candidate for the Facility Manager role with St Basil’s Homes for the Aged in Victoria

Annie is a highly experienced healthcare professional who is focused on governance, team development, and stakeholder engagement to achieve safe, quality, and holistic care outcomes.

Annie’s most recent role was that of Clinical Governance & Risk Manager – Australia & New Zealand with Bupa. The scope of Annie’s position encompassed the management of clinical governance and clinical risk across aged care, health services and health insurance within Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining Bupa Annie was engaged with HealtheCare – Mulgrave Private Hospital in the positions of Director of Perioperative Services and Director Quality & Risk. Earlier Annie was the Director of Nursing, Craigie Day Surgery with Primary Healthcare where she provided leadership and management for the build and commissioning of a new Day Surgery facility.
