Boardroom Breakfast Leadership in Tertiary Education

Boardroom Breakfast, 12 September

With Tertiary Education institutions constantly pushed to increase performance, organisational agility is increasingly seen as the answer. Yet failure to anticipate, plan for and develop the key capabilities leaders require for agility often results in loss of leadership talent and gets in the way of bringing about change and innovation.

At our upcoming September Boardroom Breakfast, international organisational design expert Dr Linda Holbeche will explore topics including; ‘What kinds of leadership capabilities are required to bring about Agile organisations?’; ‘How can agile leaders be sourced and retained?’; ‘Organisational agility in Higher Education – optional or essential?’ to name but a few!
