Catherine Morely-Nelson is the new Chief Executive Officer at the Wimmera Health Care Group

Catherine Morely-Nelson is the new Chief Executive Officer at the Wimmera Health Care Group. Most recently the Chief Executive Officer at Rural Northwest Health (RNH), Catherine brings a breadth of experience in the aged and community care sectors and a passion for making a positive difference to people’s lives. At RNH, she provided strategic and operational oversight for a service offering acute and urgent care, community and primary care, residential care, health promotion and home and community care services. Catherine was previously General Manager Operations at Blue Cross Community Care, where she attained the successful regulatory compliance and stabilising of all residences, including several new acquisitions. Catherine’s earlier career includes over five years in general and centre management with Villa Maria Catholic Homes, three years in client service delivery with Australian Home Care Services and other nursing positions.
