Cinnamon Pollard has been appointed as the new Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Beyond Blue

A certified Agile leader, Cinnamon for the past 20+ years has focused on delivering human-centred digital strategies, helping organisations leverage the business value of data and insights and emerging technologies.  She brings experience gained in a spectrum of organisations from government and not-for-profit, to large corporations and small start-ups.  She is able to navigate environments undergoing enterprise-wide transformation and has a proven record of reinventing experiences for customers based on their needs.  She is a frequent speaker on digital and CX related matters.

Before joining Beyond Blue, Cinnamon was engaged with WorkSafe Victoria as the Customer Experience & Digital Transformation Lead. Earlier in her career Cinnamon held positions as Digital Strategy, Experience & Design Consultant at her own consultancy; General Manager, Everguide & Head of Digital at Lifelounge Group and Partnerships & Marketing Director, at Starlight Children’s Foundation.
