Dr Rachel Mudge is the new Head, Research Partnerships at Jean Hailes for Women’s Health. In this role she will lead a new program of post-doctoral fellowships, build research partnerships, manage collaborative arrangements and the Jean Hailes Foundation’s involvement in research grants.
Following a successful career in cancer research, Rachel moved into research administration at St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research, assisting researchers in the identification, writing and improvement of grant applications. This developed into a management role and broadened to include fundraising and research integrity responsibilities. With the ability to recognise research opportunities and leverage success in raising funds and establishing collaborations, Rachel is experienced in negotiating partnerships and managing research outcomes.
