Jeff Rigby is the new Managing Director at Western Water

Jeff Rigby is the new Managing Director at Western Water, where he will lead the regional water corporation, delivering strategy and agreed water and corporate plans, and steering the organisation through the next phase of business development and customer service.

An accomplished leader with 35 years’ experience in the water sector, Jeff has most recently spent six years as Managing Director of Coliban Water, where he has led transformational change and, as a former Managing Director of GWMWater, delivered critical water infrastructure projects on time and on budget, most notably the Wimmera Mallee Pipeline Project.  Jeff has proven leadership at sector level with numerous national and state appointments to industry boards, committees and taskforces.  He also adds depth to his broad executive capabilities with his governance experience in not for profit, public and local government sectors.
