Jenny McNaughton is the new Executive Director Services at Berry Street. Jenny brings over 20 years’ experience in child and family services across Australia in various senior leadership roles. In her previous position as Director Metro for Berry Street she provided strategic leadership, and the ability to effectively shape the positive direction of the Northern and South-East regions. She has spent the last four years at Berry Street in executive roles, commencing as Director, Northern Region accountable for a budget and staff, including foster carers/placements, and managed complex organisational change. Prior to joining Berry Street Jenny held senior leadership roles at Life Without Barriers, most recently as National Advisor for Strategy and Change, providing support to senior area management and driving the Reconciliation Agenda, following her role as Central Australian Area Operations Manager where she successfully increased revenue, and implemented quality improvement and compliance across all services. Earlier positions have seen Jenny in Area Manager roles at the Department of Defence; Wesley Mission; and St Vincent De Paul.
