Kim Bence has been appointed as Head of Campus, St Kilda Road at Wesley College

Kim demonstrates an extensive educational career that has been focussed on the teaching, learning and wellbeing domains. Since 2016 until joining Wesley, Kim was engaged as a member of the School Leadership Team with Ravenswood School for Girls, with her latest position being that of Deputy Principal. Kim was primarily responsible for overseeing Teaching and Learning and the schools leading approach to Positive Education and Visible Wellbeing. 

Prior to joining Ravenswood Kim spent five years with Loreto Mandeville Hall, where her final position was that of Director of Positive Education.

In earlier years, Kim has worked with Sacre Coeur as Dean of Students across Prep to Year 12 and with Kilbreda College as Director of Sport and Head of Health & Physical Education. Kim has undertaken a number of conference presentations at an international, national and state-level including the Global Forum on Girls Education, International Positive Education Network World Conference and was elected the inaugural Chair of PESA NSW State Chapter for the Positive Education Schools Association.
