Lyn Bowring, the new Director Customer Experience at Solar Victoria

Lyn Bowring is the new Director Customer Experience at Solar Victoria. As an integral member of Solar Victoria’s executive team Lyn leads the management, operation and delivery of the end-to-end customer experience for the Solar Homes program.

Lyn is an accomplished executive with ability in delivering business growth, improving customer experience and driving transformational change in competitive and complex environments.

Lyn most recently fulfilled the role of Executive Director responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic framework and innovative business systems to support delivery of the Solar Homes Program objectives.

In her previous positions Lyn has delivered service outcomes as the GM, Solar & Energy Solutions (Origin Energy); Director, Retail Sales & Service (Telstra); and ED/COO, Customer Operations (Telstra Enterprise). At Telstra Lyn developed the strategic vision, lead the operations functions and oversaw the operations of the NBN Tele sales Contact Centre.
