Mark Grant is the new Chief Executive Officer for the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) where he will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of AITSL as a high profile national institute, along with leading a committed and engaging team and overseeing the development of new opportunities.

Following a successful teaching and school executive career, Mark was appointed to his first principalship at age 29, successfully transforming the educational environment into one ultimately recognized through a Director General School Achievement Award.
