Peter Green is the new Head of Operations and Service Development at On the Line Australia. Peter previously spent close to 14 years at Medibank and has extensive experience in service operations, contact centre management and IT transformation. Peter is a seasoned leader in customer service, operations support and general management in complex environments. As Head of Service Operations at Medibank, Peter had operational accountability for end-to-end support and delivery of business-to-business contracts, with a focus on continuous improvement, workforce planning and channel reporting. As Contact Centre General Manager at Medibank, Peter created and implemented KPIs, managed budgets and stakeholder relationships and lead a frontline workforce of 250 FTE. Peter spent his last two and a half years at Medibank as Business Design Stream Lead, implementing a business-wide IT transformation program, accountable for ensuring achievement of business requirements and improvement initiatives were met.
