Robyn Goodwill is the new Corporate Operations Officer at the Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership

Robyn Goodwill is the new Corporate Operations Officer at the Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership. Robyn has over 10 years’ senior management and leadership experience working in complex environments within the academic health research and NFP sectors.  Her most recent full-time role in this environment was as Senior Manager of the National Trauma Research Institute (NTRI), a complex partnership between Alfred Health and Monash University. In this role Robyn provided strategic advice to the Director, monitoring and delivering the extensive programs of research, as well as developing new concepts and full operational management.  She also facilitated the building of alternative revenue streams that enabled the cross-subsidisation of important programs of research. Prior to this role, Robyn was Business Manager of the Australian Centre for Posttraumatic Mental Health Inc., (an independent not for profit located within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, University of Melbourne).  Her role involved full leadership of the growing operational team, external key stakeholder management, and included reporting to the Board. She successfully delivered various change management programs, including introducing new financial operations processes and the introduction of an organisation-wide project management framework. In 2016, Robyn established a management consulting service assisting organisations to deliver mission-linked targeted increases in external funding. Robyn worked closely with organisations’ senior management teams to develop effective strategies and activities to deliver dynamic and successful proposals, grant funding applications or responses to tenders, and/or business cases.
