Trish Collocott was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer with North Richmond Community Health

Trish has been in the heath sector for more than three decades carving a career in both private and public health. From December 2019 until June 2020, Trish undertook an interim position with Bupa Villages and Aged Care primarily aimed at improving resident experience and occupancy rates. 

Previously with Serco Asia Pacific, Trish held the role of Managing Director Health and was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all health business in Asia Pacific including the Fiona Stanley Hospital contract in WA and four facility management contracts in Hong Kong. One of her key successes was to develop and implement a strategy to enter the Singapore market, including successful relationship development with Woodlands Health and the Ministry of Health Holdings. 

Prior to this position, Trish was the Chief Executive Officer, at Hepburn Health Service.  Trish reported to the Board of Management and provided leadership of over 400 FTE and 300 volunteers over four campuses.  During this time Trish developed strong partnerships with regional and state health departments to drive better health outcomes and a budget surplus of $200,000.  Trish restructured the organisation in order to ensure service line delivery met changing health priorities, implemented a policy and service standard framework, and enhanced the level of community participation in the planning of health services.

Before this Trish was engaged by ISS Australia in the role of National General Manager, Health services for three years.  Trish held responsibility for the health portfolios in four states and achieved improved financial and KPI performance throughout by providing strong leadership, systems and a risk management framework.  Earlier Trish held the position of General Manager, Health at Spotless Services Australia where she was first asked to manage Vic and SA but then became responsible for all of Australia. Her focus was on strategic development, marketing, sales and operational performance and during her engagement grew the health business significantly.
