Deborah provides high-level research and engaging with clients and candidates for execution of senior level assignments in the public, health, education and not for profit sectors. Deborah takes delight in developing diverse talent pools with innovative candidates that exceed client expectations. She brings a passion for introducing candidates to opportunities they would not otherwise have considered, encouraging them to leverage their own personal strengths and goals.

With over 15 years experience in building trusted relationships across government agencies at a state, national and international level, Deborah draws on her experience of operating in Asia and the Americas, sharing her knowledge, insights and networks to complement others in the Fisher Leadership team.

Deborah holds a Bachelor Modern Asian Studies from Griffith University and has also completed a Certificate in Philanthropy and Non Profit Fundraising at Northwestern University, Chicago.
