Katherine is committed to delivering quality process outcomes to support the Fisher Leadership team throughout their engagement with clients and candidates. Specialising in the research and administration of senior appointments in the health, education, public and not for profit sectors, Katherine draws on the diverse experience gained throughout her career in the recruitment and executive search industry to ensure the quality and integrity of the Fisher Leadership process and to inspire excellence within the Business Services team.

A champion of ‘making it fun’, Katherine enjoys leading and supporting a high-performing team, delivering outstanding project management guidance in addition to engaging with clients and candidates throughout the search process.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Tasmania.
