Martin has successfully delivered interim executives assignments for nearly a decade with respected local and global organisations. Before consulting, he held permanent and interim executive roles in Corporate Planning, HR and Professional Services. With three decades of experience across private and public sector he has been an Executive team member in a myriad of key projects, such as the major trade sale agreement of SAI-Global during their ASX listing and Bartter -Steggles during a major trade sale. As a highly regarded leader in the People Solutions space, he has been an International judge for the Dubai Business Awards and was twice finalist for HR Director of the Year.
Martin has worked across the Public Sector, Higher Education, FMCG, Mining and Professional Services and is uniquely positioned to meet client’s interim requirements across all sectors and functions.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma in Post Graduate Law and has completed the Wharton School’s Strategic HR program.
