Dr Rhonda Cumberland has been selected as the successful candidate for the Crisis Response Program Manager role at Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre

Equipped with a strong background in gender inequality, access and equity Rhonda has spent the majority of her career in family violence leadership roles including in crisis settings.

Earlier in her career Rhonda was the Director of the Office for Women in the Victorian state government, where she played a major role in developing the integrated family violence service system. She was also Executive Director, Victorian Women’s Domestic Violence Crisis Service.

Most recently Rhonda was the inaugural CEO of South East Community Links, a place based multi service agency located in the most multicultural community in Australia. She had previously been the inaugural CEO of Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand.
