Fisher Leadership to take part in the ‘Not in my workplace’ Summit

As the magnitude of workplace sexual harassment comes to light, our collective shame and outrage leaves many leaders asking ‘What can I do differently?’ This is precisely why Fisher Leadership supported the ‘Not in My Workplace’ inaugural summit on Thursday, 21 February, 2019 at the MCEC.

We have been a proud supporter of the development of Not In My Workplace, a not-for-profit organisation, born of local leaders deciding to take action. The Summit drew together an allegiance of like-minded executives to equip them with the tools, processes and language to ensure safer workplaces for everyone.

A stellar lineup of high calibre speakers headlined proceedings, including former President of Australian Human Rights Commission, Gillian Triggs; Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Kate Jenkins; Assistant Commissioner of Victorian Police, Luke Cornelius; and Lord Mayor, Sally Capp. Fisher Leadership director Michelle Loader joined the panel ‘Leading the Change in Corporate Culture’.
