THE CHALLENGE

The Gig Executive team were approached to secure a high performing CTO/CIO to lead the technology division of one of the three metropolitan Melbourne water businesses owned by the Victorian Government. The CEO felt that the incumbent had fostered a divisive culture and an important project had hit a roadblock inhibiting major commercial outcomes. Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, the Gig Executive team set about securing an interim CTO who could refocus the team, build a more collegiate culture and deliver the planned project.

THE SOLUTION​

A seasoned leader, the candidate had a demonstrated history of building collaborative technology teams who supported the whole of business.
