Jacqueline Clements is the new Executive Director, Student Success at Charles Sturt University

Jacqueline Clements is the new Executive Director, Student Success at Charles Sturt University. This key role provides strategic leadership to the Division of Student Services through leading service quality improvement across all cohorts of students and providing oversight to a wide range of student services and support programs.

Jacqueline has built over 16 years of experience as an Executive Director in overseas arts and community organisations, including two museums and an arts education institute. She has been with Western Sydney University since 2012 in a number of operational and strategic roles, her most recent being Associate Dean International. Prior to this she held the position of Director of International and Engagement focusing on global relations, international student recruitment and regional engagement. Her operational leadership experience in the tertiary education sector comprises the development, forecasting and planning of budgets, physical and human resources, student and academic administration, complaints management, marketing and student recruitment activities.
