Jane Poxon has been appointed as Executive Director of Operations with the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital

Jane is an experienced healthcare leader who has gained over 20 years’ experience across a range of health sector organisations.

Jane has spent the last five years with Northern Health, originally commencing as General Manager, Access and Performance before taking on her current role as Chief Operating Officer in September 2017.

Prior to joining Northern Health, Jane spent five years with Monash Health, where she held the positions of General Manager (South East Sector) and (Acting) Chief Operating Officer.
