Karen Linford has been appointed as Executive Director People, Development & Capability with Goulburn Valley Health

Karen is a well-rounded HR generalist with extensive experience leading high performing teams, managing organisational change and partnering with key stakeholders to develop and implement business strategy. Karen demonstrates a track record for delivering practical results at organisational, directorate and team levels across a broad range of functions, including performance management, engagement and culture, leadership learning, organisational change and project management.

Karen joined GV Health in 2018 as Operations Director People and Culture and has been responsible for leadership across the Employee Relations, Employment Services, Talent Acquisition, Careers & Learning, and Volunteer teams.

Before joining GV Health, Karen was the Director People and Capability with Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) and earlier Karen spent just over nine years at Austin Health with her latest position being that of Director Organisational Development.
