Kiera Mansfield is the successful candidate for the Head of Centre Services role at headspace

Kiera has more than 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in both commercial and not- for- profit sectors, in Australia and Europe, delivering high-quality health care programs and outcomes.

In her current role as the General Manager Service Innovation at South Eastern Primary Health Network (SEPHN) Kiera’s role ensured that the organisation’s mission to improve access to primary health, for the South East region, was achieved. The programs that fell under the Service Innovation directorate included: Alcohol and Drugs Programs, Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, Partners in Recovery programs and the National Psychosocial Support Measure.

Prior to this Kiera was employed by headspace for a period of six years. Her most recent role was that of National Manager Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance which she held for five months and where she was closely involved with Primary Health Networks to build and enable continuous improvements and enhance service provision within the headspace network.

Earlier she was engaged as National Contracts and Compliance Manager where she managed the distribution of Commonwealth funding for headspace programs, contractual obligations of service providers (including performance, incident investigation and non-compliance), ensuring service continuity following the release of terminated, and the onboarding of new service providers, development and management of grant applications and the performance assessment of headspace centres 

Before her employment at headspace, Kiera held the position of General Manager of IFG Group in Dublin. IFG Group is a financial services company offering clients a range of full platform services, pension administration and independent advice. In this role, Keira managed the procurement and contract management for over 150 service providers, delivered a compliance training program to 250 service providers, managed the compliance and operations department and, as part of the executive team, was closely involved in the strategic planning, risk management and best practice for the organisation.
