Kylie Baxter has been appointed as the next Head of Junior School, Kew Campus at Carey Baptist Grammar

With an educational career spanning over twenty years, Kylie has developed extensive experience in managing all aspects of school operations and has demonstrated an ability to initiate and implement improvements in teaching and learning.

Since 2012 Kylie has held the position of Deputy Head of Junior School at Westbourne Grammar. Kylie’s role includes responsibility for the management of three Junior campuses, providing strategic and operational leadership, engagement with key stakeholders, the recruitment and professional development of staff.

Prior to joining Westbourne Grammar, Kylie was the Assistant Principal at Essendon North Primary School.
