Mr. Andre Lim has been appointed to the position of Employee Benefits Director with The Royal Melbourne Hospital

Mr. Andre Lim has been appointed to the position of Employee Benefits Director with The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) and commenced in August 2023. In this position, Andre will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing achievement of the RMH’s Employee Benefits Strategy.

Andre is a highly experienced professional who brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resource in specialisations including rewards and benefits, international benefits, and project and change management.

Prior to joining The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Andre was Head of Performance and Rewards at Crown Resorts and previously held the positions of Principal Rewards, Global Functions at BHP Group Ltd, Regional Reward Manager, Australasia at BAT Asia Pte Ltd and PMO, Total Rewards, Asia Pacific Japan at SAP Asia Pte Ltd.
