Mr. Clive Peter has been appointed to the position of Executive Director People & Culture with The Royal Children’s Hospital

Mr. Clive Peter has been appointed to the position of Executive Director People & Culture with The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH), commencing on 11 April 2023. In this highly prized role, Clive will focus on developing and implementing people and culture strategies across the organisation to ensure the RCH staff are supported and developed to achieve the RCH vision and be prepared for a successful future.

Clive is an experienced values driven HR leader with a breadth of experience across a diverse range of sectors including the public sector, resources, manufacturing, not-for-profit and financial services, nationally and internationally.

Most recently, Clive has held Interim Executive Roles, including with City of Brimbank, City of Port Philip and Salvation Army. He has previously held the positions of Executive General Manager, People and IR with Aruma Disability Services, Acting Director, People and Culture with the Suburban Rail Loop Authority and General Manager, People and Culture with the City of Melbourne.
