Mr. Gavin Young has been appointed to the position of Regional General Manager with Calvary Health Care

Mr. Gavin Young has been appointed to the position of Regional General Manager with Calvary Health Care and commenced on 28 February 2022. In this position Gavin will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, resident- focused care across the Region and will lead the overall administration, management, employee engagement and financial performance to deliver on key targets and strategic objectives.

With over 15 years’ experience in health and age care management, Gavin demonstrates proven achievements in leadership of aged care facilities throughout Victoria in addition to key service areas within a major metropolitan hospital.

Gavin was previously Acting State Manager Victoria and Regional Manager South West Victoria at Bupa, before this he held the positions of GM – Victoria Residential Communities and Acting Precinct Manager with Australian Unity.
