Mr. Glenn Hynes has been appointed to the position of Executive Manager People, Culture & Safety with Rural Northwest Health

Mr. Glenn Hynes has been appointed to the position of Executive Manager People, Culture & Safety with Rural Northwest Health and commenced on 27 June 2022. In this role, Glenn will act as a trusted adviser on all people related matters and will take a lead role in developing critical workforce plans and will be responsible for delivering on both current and future workforce needs.

Glenn hails from a career in quality within the manufacturing sector which morphed into HR early on when starting out in management roles almost eighteen years ago. He has now spent the last five years dedicated to HR and safety management and has a passion for staff wellbeing. Glenn is a systems thinker who values continual improvement, is action oriented and driven.

Before joining Rural Northwest Health, Glenn was with Wimmera Healthcare Group as Human Resources Manager where he was the voice of HR in the organisation and established HR/People & Culture as a trusted area at Wimmera Healthcare Group and was called upon for insights and advice. Earlier he held the positions of Quality & Human Resource Manager with Just Better Care, Manager Quality and Accreditation with Wimmera UnitingCare, and Manager Quality Assurance and Metallurgy with CMI Industrial.
