Mr. Jean-Baptiste (JB) Naudet has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer with Australian Red Cross and commenced in September 2023. In this position, JB will play a crucial role in supporting the long-term vision, values and purpose of the organisation to enhance sustainable organisational success.

JB is a senior finance professional who brings experience in large, prominent, international companies across healthcare, FMCG, defence and retail, across Europe, Asia and Australia and has worked in complex transformative settings in organisations that prioritise people leadership. JB has successfully made the transition from corporate to not-for-profit, he is an authentic leader who exudes accountability and optimism.

Before joining Australian Red Cross, JB was the Chief Financial Officer at St Vincent de Paul NSW and prior to that, held various roles with Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Finance Director (CFO) – Consumer Health, Johnson & Johnson Pacific, APAC Commercial Director, Janssen Cilag APAC and Financial Controller at Johnson & Johnson Medical ANZ.
