Mr. Nathan Bright has been appointed to the position of Executive Director People and Culture with Albury Wodonga Health and commenced on 21 March 2022. In this position Nathan will be responsible for leading the organisation on a journey of significant cultural transformation over the coming four years (Culture 2025) aligning culture with purpose, vision and values.

Nathan is a highly experienced human resources professional and executive leader who demonstrates an ability to not only develop HR strategies and processes but also ensure they are implemented and adopted by stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.

Nathan has gained significant experience across his 21-year career with Norske Skog, originally commencing with the organisation in a graduate HR role, progressing through operations and a site based HR role before spending the last five years as Vice President Human Resources for Australasia.
