Mr. Philip Chalkley has been appointed as Director, Procurement & Supply Management with Australian Red Cross Lifeblood

Phil is a highly experienced procurement, supply chain, and project management professional who has gained experience over more than 25 years, working in Australia, United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.  Phil has worked within a multitude of sectors including the public sector, manufacturing, health, transport, FMCG, telecommunications and retail.

Prior to his appointment with Lifeblood, Phil held positions with Finna Management Services, Transdev Australasia, the Department of Justice & Regulation (DJR) and Ernst & Young Advisory Services.
