Position: Executive General Manager, Digital Data and Technology Solutions

Rishi Dutta has been appointed ACT Government’s Executive Group Manager, Digital Data and Technology Solutions and will drive forward the organisation’s ambitious modernisation agenda.

Rishi brings public and private sector experience, with depth of understanding in strategy, delivery and operations across complex technology networks. Most recently he held the position of Director – Strategy and Value Delivery at the Department of Transport, following a six-year tenure at Public Transport Victoria (PTV) where he held Chief Information Officer and ICT leadership capacities from 2013-20. He has previously received recognition in the Top 50 CIOs.

Prior to PTV, Rishi operated at IBM, partnering with major energy utility companies. Rishi comes with a history of leading change and building inclusive teams based on collaboration and partnerships.
