Ms Alisa McAlpine has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Mentone Grammar

Ms Alisa McAlpine has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Mentone Grammar, commencing January 2023. Alisa is an experienced Human Resources professional who has gained significant experience across a variety of sectors including corporate, sporting associations and most recently independent schools. Alisa has worked at Camberwell Grammar as HR Manager where she is responsible for leading strategic and operational HR initiatives in collaboration with the Headmaster and Business Manager. She has developed both short- and long-term HR vision and strategy, facilitating the school’s organisational structure and channelling her passion for wellbeing into the development and implementation of the school’s wellbeing program.
