Ms. Eleni Goulas has been appointed as Director of ELC and Junior School with ELTHAM College

Eleni is a highly experienced and professional educator and leader with a keen interest in student voice, staff development and wellbeing of the whole learning community. Eleni was invited to commence her PhD during 2021 and combined this with some CRT work to maintain her interest and connection to students and school environments.

Before this Eleni was the Head of Junior School with Fintona Girls’ School for a period of four years. Prior to joining Fintona, Eleni held the position of Head of Student Wellbeing and Positive Education with Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak. Earlier, Eleni had a lengthy career with Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School between 2001 and 2012 where she held the position of Deputy Head of Junior School, in addition to Acting as Deputy Principal and Head of Junior School during 2011.
