Ms. Fiona Dickson has been appointed to the newly created position of Director of Community Engagement at Wesley College

Fiona is a senior marketing, partnerships and communications professional whose scope of experience within education and not for profit sectors includes customer experience, digital and systems capability enablement, partner programs, new product development and market expansion.

Since December 2019 Fiona has held the position of Head of Shared Services with On the Line Australia, a social health organisation providing counselling support.

Prior to this Fiona was the National Fundraising and Marketing Manager with Kids Under Cover where she developed and implemented strategic and operational plans for all externally facing activities for Kids Under Cover and its wholly owned social enterprise Nestd™.

Earlier as the Director, Community Engagement for Methodist Ladies College Fiona was responsible for the strategic direction and operations of MLC’s Admissions, Marketing and Communications and Engagement departments.

Earlier in her career, Fiona held the positions of Director Marketing and Communications for the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences and the Director of External Relations for Melbourne Law School, both at the University of Melbourne where she led the establishment of this new function within the faculty, including developing the strategic planning process, creating and implementing a rebranding and visual identity, and developing an integrated digital strategy.
