Ms. Leanne Rowlands has been appointed to the position of General Manager / Director Clinical Services East Melbourne with St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne and commenced in August 2023. In this position, Leanne will lead a supportive and dedicated team to drive continued improvement in clinical outcomes, customer experience and financial performance.

With over 15 years of experience in acute healthcare leadership, Leanne has a proven track record for delivering on strategic goals that result in quality outcomes & business success. She is committed to quality patient outcomes and has a track record of improving metrics across a hospital. Equipped with a strong strategic mind and commercial acumen, Leanne is a keen driver of change and new ideas.

For the last seven years, Leanne worked at Ramsay Healthcare, most recently as National Senior Clinical Advisor and before that as Director of Clinical Services and Site Manager. Leanne earlier spent nine years at Epworth HealthCare, firstly in the position of Perioperative Services Manager, Epworth Eastern and then Director of Clinical Services & Midwifery, Epworth Freemasons.
