Ms. Melanie Coupe has been appointed to the position of General Manager Strategy & Growth with healthAbility commencing on 19 December 2022. In this position Melanie will lead the organisation to grow via mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, new service development and service growth.

Melanie brings two decades of experience helping public, private, and NFP organisations in their growth journeys. Most recently at Nous Group and previously at Serco, Melanie has led teams to design and deliver strategic change programs across a range of sectors. Drawing on experience gained across Australia and from her time working in the UK, Melanie is passionate about working collaboratively to achieve outcomes that improve the quality of how people and communities live.

Prior to joining healthAbility, Melanie was most recently Director of Nous Group and previously held the positions of General Manager, Service design and advisory group and Head of Business Consulting at Serco Asia Pacific.
