Ms. Nicole Gardiner has been appointed to the position of Human Resources Manager at Camberwell Grammar School. Nicole is an experienced Human Resources generalist with experience gained across a variety of industries and a proven history in both operational and strategic human resources. Nicole has an excellent understanding of effectively operating in a variety of sectors and has been able to lift capability across the HR portfolios based on her experience gained in a variety of organisations. She is a passionate and lifelong learner, with a collaborative and down to earth style. She was previously the People and Culture Director at Clemenger Group Ltd.
