Ms. Rasha Abbas has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer with InTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence. In this position, Rasha will lead strategy development and oversee and sponsor the enhancement of systems, policies and processes to further equip the organisation to extend its reach in community. Rasha demonstrates outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to work with a wide range of partners, internally and externally. Rasha holds strong strategic leadership, financial management and a strong track record of operational improvement skills and holds the ability to establish alternative funding streams to support inTouch’s continued growth.
Rasha is a technology and business transformation executive with strong experience shaping corporate and technology strategy; running and transforming business operations; digitising and reengineering end to end business processes; and delivering complex enterprise and technology solutions.
In Rasha’s previous role as Executive GM in Business & Private Bank Operations at NAB, Rasha managed the Business and Private bank while overseeing 1400 staff, and $200M p.a. budget.
