Ms. Rebecca Paterson has been appointed to the position of General Manager Royal Dental Hospital with Dental Health Services Victoria

Ms. Rebecca Paterson has been appointed to the position of General Manager Royal Dental Hospital with Dental Health Services Victoria and commenced on 26 September 2022. In this position Rebecca will develop innovative and co-designed models of care that are person centred, have a public health and value-based approach, are cost-effective and integrate with community dental agencies along with driving continuous improvement and shaping a high performing organisational culture are key elements of the role.

With over 25 years’ experience as a leader in healthcare across both the public and private sectors, Rebecca has led large scale organisational change and has successfully built high performing teams that have achieved exceptional levels of staff engagement and patient satisfaction.

For the past five years, up until April 2022, Rebecca was employed by GenesisCare in numerous positions, most recently as National Integration Manager, Medical Oncology. Before this she held the positions of Service of the Future Manager, Centre Leader, Cabrini and Director of Nursing, Victoria.
