Ms. Sarah McInerney has been appointed as General Manager Quality, Outcomes & Research with Benetas Aged Care

Sarah demonstrates diverse career experience with more than 15 years in health and community services and has spent the last nearly five years working within aged care residential communities.

Since January 2019 Sarah has been engaged with Australian Unity and currently holds the position of Executive Manager Service Improvement Residential Communities. Sarah is responsible for the continuous improvement of service delivery capability in addition to the development and implementation of national strategies to measurably reduce preventable harm and improve health outcomes. Before this, Sarah held the position of General Manager Residential Communities (Vic).

Earlier in her career, Sarah held positions as General Manager Operations with HPS and Director (Board Member) with Illawarra Diggers Aged Care Facility.
