The UC Business School is in the top five per cent of business schools in the world, as evidenced by the accreditation by AACSB International. The Department of Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship within the School is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor with expertise in leadership, preferably studying the impact of digital advancement on organisations. This position has arisen as a response to the challenge’s leaders face in transforming their organisations to meet the demands of the fourth industrial revolution, disruption and the future of work.

In your academic position, your primary focuses will be to pursue purpose-driven research and engagement with industry, teach into executive programmes such as the MBA as well as infusing a common theme of leadership/digital leadership throughout other courses within the Business School.
