The Position
William Angliss Institute (WAI) is seeking a driven and strategic individual for the position of Associate Director, Student Recruitment and Services. This role will be accountable for implementation and continued development of a range of high-quality student recruitment and service strategies in support of students both nationally and internationally.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Associate Director will lead the development of business opportunities across the educational delivery departments in line with industry needs to help improve commercial income and profitability to meet and exceed WAI’s financial targets. This position will also oversee the Institute’s student recruitment, marketing and communications, learning and information services and student information centre functions.
To be suitable for this role you will need to display relevant experience in the provision of student recruitment and services within an educational environment or a large complex organisation. The Associate Director will have the ability to develop effective business development strategies and marketing solutions to achieve revenue growth along with proven networking skills. A background in leading and managing people, strategic resource planning and budgeting, financial management and policy development will also be key.
