The Position
Mentone Grammar seeks an exceptional leader and relationship builder to direct the operational activities of a school that is experiencing high growth in student numbers and a significant capital development program.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this role will provide leadership and strategic advice in the administration and delivery of high quality services and support in areas including marketing and communications, publications, events management, alumni relations, archives and facilities management across all educational, sporting and recreational sites belonging to the school. Responsibilities include contract management, tendering, successfully executing systems, processes and policies in all non-instructional areas to ensure operational excellence.
With advanced skills in interpreting contracts under Australian law and an understanding of education or Not for Profit organisations, the ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple portfolios.   Exceptional project management and strong written and oral communication skills will be necessary to help develop an innovative and sound business growth strategy.  A current Working with Children Check is essential.
