With a history dating back more than 65 years, our client has worked to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. St John of God is seeking to appoint a collaborative Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to lead their Accord Disability Services evolution.
Reporting directly to the Group Executive Director Community Services, with access to the board, the CEO will lead a diverse and enthusiastic team delivering Accommodation, Therapy, Employment, Individualised and other program supports across Melbourne. The successful candidate will foster the organisation’s internal culture, enhance external relationships and identify partnership opportunities. They will implement effective strategies to leverage operational strength, and foster collaboration. In an era of person-centred support, the CEO will continue championing a focus on meeting the future needs of clients.
With proven CEO or senior executive experience, the successful candidate will have delivered high-quality Disability services of scale. Success requires a track record of leadership in strategic and operational excellence achieved in a complex environment where values, quality, safety, wellbeing, and people are paramount.
As a dynamic and values-based operator, you will have the ability to prepare the organisation for future state and put strategic plans in place to sustainably grow and diversify the Accord services. With your future and performance focus, your authenticity and integrity will remain at the heart of everything you do.
