Who we need:
Working alongside the Transformation Lead and Change Lead positions, this position will develop and socialise a change communication and engagement strategy for the transformation projects, including stakeholder messages, engagement approach, activity plans and timelines.  Working across the organisation your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management communications that support employee adoption.
You will also work closely with the Communications and Marketing Director to coach senior leaders and executives to help them fulfil their role of change sponsor, while also providing direct support and coaching to employees to help them transition.   This role will also support various project teams in integrating change management activities into their business and project plans.

You will bring extensive experience in communications and change management with capability to establish a change communication approach relevant to the projects and ensuring employees are taken through the change curve to build awareness.  Contributing to team engagement, morale and cohesiveness, your exceptional written communication and presentation skills, combined with highly developed relationship building skills will underpin your success.
Where you will be:
You will be located in Melbourne, Bendigo or Geelong with regular travel to all HHS offices.
