Who we need:
As we enter an exciting, challenging and evolving environment; we seek an experienced and innovative Change Lead to work in the transformation team to drive continuous change and improvements to the way we deliver services to clients. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, the influential relationship builder will maintain close working relationships with the senior leadership team and key service delivery partners. You will inspire and facilitate what’s possible with demonstrated experience overseeing the Transition Office, PMO function and supporting cultural maturity activities.
Why we need you:
You will bring extensive experience in project and change management with experience managing the PMO and complex partnerships. As Change Lead, you will design and implement a revised operating model and transformation roadmap. Your exceptional written communication and presentation skills, combined with highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to engage and influence, underpin your success. Bringing an innovative and proactive approach, you will act as a thought leader on strategic change frameworks to drive change and greater agility. With a genuine interest in the community, you derive deep satisfaction from a role that makes a meaningful difference to vulnerable people in our community.
Where you will be:
You will be located in Melbourne, Bendigo or Geelong with regular travel to all HHS offices.
