The Position 

The Executive position of Chief Corporate Services Officer will be overseeing a newly established division that will support ACSO’s critical future growth plans. This position will focus on business partnering and support across financial management and services, compliance, regulation and risk, management of legal matters, people experience, learning and culture, workplace health and safety, and facility/fleet management. The role leads 4 direct reports (General Managers) and an overall team of approximately 40 committed staff.

Reporting to the CEO, you will initially work to effectively integrate of all corporate support functions within a single division to support the organisation’s continued development in Victoria, NSW and Queensland. The role has a focus on achieving financial sustainability and building collaborative internal business partnerships. You will bring an energy to drive success, build effective strategic direction and promote innovative ways of working. Strength in legal, contractual and commercial negotiations is also needed.

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record in a public, social impact or private setting of successfully delivering high impact corporate services, along with significant experience working with and advising executive leaders and Boards on strategic growth and business model effectiveness. CPA/CA qualifications are sought.
