The Position
The valued Gippsland community services organisation Quantum Support Services is seeking to appoint a collaborative and innovative leader to the position of Chief Executive.
As CEO, you’ll be responsible for delivering on the organisation’s strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll report to a dedicated and committed board of directors and be supported by an experienced and high-performing team that puts their clients at the centre of everything that they do.
The CEO works with a range of stakeholders including clients, the community, other service providers and government agencies. You’ll be a strategic thinker that brings commercial acumen, sound communication skills and strong ability to advocate and negotiate in the best interests of the organisation.
Most importantly, the CEO will be committed to the values of respect, integrity and empowerment that underpin everything that Quantum does, and you’ll model this as part of your contemporary leadership style.

The Organisation
Operating for over 30 years, Quantum is a not-for-profit charitable organisation offering a broad range of homeless and family violence support services to those in the community experiencing disadvantage or crisis, to improve their opportunities and quality of life.
Quantum’s head office is located in Morwell but also operates out of Warragul, Sale and Bairnsdale, supporting 5,800 clients and employing 170 staff. Quantum’s goals of providing the right programs and services in the right places, increasing access to early intervention and prevention services, attracting, engaging and investing in the right people and building the Quantum profile to achieve a sustainable business model.
