The Position

Reporting to a dedicated Board, the CEO will lead a diverse, skilled and enthusiastic team and drive a people focused culture of quality and innovation, underpinned by authenticity and integrity.  The CEO will champion a focus of supporting and meeting the needs of people with a disability to live life to the fullest.

With proven CEO or senior executive experience delivering high quality human services in a complex environment, success requires a record of leading strategic and operational excellence where quality, safety, wellbeing and people are paramount.  Demonstrated commercial business acumen combined with innovative approaches and inspiring leadership will be key to success in this role.

As a highly self-aware and empathetic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will foster a collaborative culture, building on positive stakeholder relationships and have a reputation for integrity and consistent delivery in an environment of strong governance.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, management or other relevant field are expected.


The Organisation

Serving the community for over 50 years, Knoxbrooke Incorporated provides a range of employment, education and support services designed to meet the specific needs of people with a disability.  Operating within the Outer Eastern and West Gippsland Regions of Melbourne, offers over 180 people supported employment in its commercial operations which include wholesale and retail nurseries, Op Shops, packaging and other commercial ventures.  The organisation supports over 200 clients with in-home and on-site support and education services, all focused on empowering participants to live the life they desire.
